How long have you been at SHDC?

About 2 years and 8 months.

What are your favourite hobbies?

Dancing, I really like Latin music. I love to read, walk, go to the gym. A nice glass of red wine and a cheese platter is always a nice treat. I love food, I really love to cook and bake.

Favourite meal?

Fillet Mignon, cooked medium with a peppercorn sauce on a bed of mash potatoes with a side of green beans.

Last book you read?

‘Everyone is Beautiful’ by Katherine Center.

What makes you happy?

Sunny day, people who laugh, people who have a can do attitude, people who help each other, seeing my children happy. That makes me happy.

Dream holiday destination?

Returning to Mauritius. I also love returning to Ubud in Bali – such serenity.

Favourite health tip?

Try and be positive – be positive and laugh. And dance.
